About this tool
What this tool does
The PDF merger combines complete documents in the order shown on screen. Up and Down controls make page-group ordering explicit before the merged file is created.
How the result is produced
- Each selected PDF is loaded locally with pdf-lib.
- All pages are copied from each source document into a new PDF in list order.
- Moving a file changes where its full set of pages appears in the result.
- The completed document is serialized in the browser and downloaded as merged.pdf.

How to verify the result
- Check the file order before pressing Merge PDFs.
- Open the downloaded file and inspect the first and last page of each source section.
- Confirm bookmarks, forms or signatures if the source PDFs contain them.
Known limitations
- The tool moves whole PDFs, not individual pages within each source file.
- Encrypted, damaged or permission-restricted PDFs may fail to load.
- Interactive forms, signatures and advanced document features may not survive every merge workflow.
